You can basically do a ton of actions quickly, without the need for tapping or searching for options. The app has over 20 tools that you’re familiar with if you’re an artist, plus it has layers support. You can import photos here, while the brushes editor is also available. The color eyedropper tool is included, and so much more. This app is free to use, though you’ll need the ‘Pro’ version in order to access all the features. The interface is top notch in the app, and that considerably boosts this application. It’s not only functional, but it looks great as well. You can also save your work to Dropbox or iCloud, if you want, and share it, of course. They’re not customizable, but if you do attach a keyboard to your smartphone/tablet, these may be really useful. Now, one downside is that this app is made for larger devices. It tries to mimic real-life drawing, basically. There are a number of different paintbrushes, and tons of colors to choose from. This app does not offer as many features as some others on the list, but that’s perfectly fine, not many people need them. The ruler is included here, and so is the eraser tool. You can import images via this app, and then draw over them. We’re just scratching the surface here. The UI is also really nice, and great for pretty much everyone. Pixel art is not for everyone, though, if you don’t know what it is, Google it. This is not your regular drawing app, not at all. It provides you with a zoomable grid, and allows you to create images by filling in those grids. You’ll need to fill in grid boxes with colors, of course, while creating something along the way. The way it’s written, you may think this s is a coloring book, but it’s nowhere near that. undo, redo, and zoom options are all here, and you can choose between a number of different colors as well. The app allows you to export your work without a problem, or share it directly to some other app. It works really well, and it also has an interesting UI design, appropriate for the app type.
